Choose
DOs- Always tell the truth to the patient and their family, no mother if they want to hear it or not
DOs- Show signs of active listening
DONT's- Be warm but keep some distance from patients
DOs- Give physical contact if required
DO's- Don't show your own emotions, act just as a professional
DONT'S - Be effective. Don't spend more time than necessary with patients and their families.
DO'S- Show a loving attitude towards everyone at all times
